Our place is an amazing upgraded top of the line single family home that we have put a lot of love and effort into making it perfect for all families. We did not skip a detail and expense when we decorated and furnished the place. We live in a 24/7 guarded/gated community named Flagstaff Ranch. Not only does or home sleep up to 10 comfortably if you ever needed to invite some friends or family over. We are located on the picturesque 4th tee of a nationally acclaimed golf course at Flagstaff Ranch. Our home is fully furnished with a king, queen, and 2 rooms with 2 sets of twin beds. We have a full front loading washer/dryer, oversized 2 car garage and every piece of furniture you could want. Each room has a Samsung smart television and we have beautiful stainless steel appliances and gas stove and amazing dish washer. Our back porch is for hanging out as we have a propane bbq for grilling and a propane fire pit to enjoy at night. There is also a table to enjoy a meal and a comfortable rocker and chairs. We have a top of the line Trane central air conditioner and furnace as well. Our amenities include heated pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, pickleball courts, fitness center, basketball court, full restaurant and bar and much more. You will have access to the fitness center, and other facilities if you choose. There is a one time fee involved that we can discuss sharing the costs depending on the length of lease term. The house has linens (extra sets) for each bed and has mattress covers on all mattresses. The kitchen has most everything you would ever want or need including full set of dishes, pots, pans, glassware, dinnerware, cookware, keurig coffee maker and much more. Our house is set up as a completely wireless security and alarm system. You can control everything in the house from your alarm.com app including the front door locks, garage door, air conditioner, heater, etc. There will be a $35/month extra fee for the use of this service. We are truly looking for a 12+ month rental but would entertain a shorter lease for the right opportunity/family. Owner is a licensed agent and is also the property manager. You will not find a faster reacting, honest, caring and meticulous set of owners. We can provide similar references detailing how you can rest assured you will always be taken care of no matter what your need. We would consider a summer rental - please know that that the published rental rate is for a 12+ month rental. Rates will be considerably higher for summer rental and rate will be different for less than 12 month lease terms.
