Furnished Short Term Rental: AVAILABLE JANUARY 1st Perfect location in the forest. Right on the trails and close to downtown (8 min) and Snowbowl (15 min). This is the private master suite in our home, approximately 800 sqft. It has a private entrance and will not have any shared spaces with our home. Please note there is a kitchenette space that includes a microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee area, insta-pot and an outdoor grill space as well. We are looking for short term renters, this is ideal for a travel nurse or traveling professional. There is a king bed, a couch, a gas fire place, a beautiful bathroom with a large tub, small kitchenette area and two large closets. A dinning table and two chairs are part of the kitchen area. There is a shared hot tub and immediate access to some of the best trails in Flagstaff. There is ample parking available. No pets will be considered. We do have a dog that roams our property so the renter must be ok with animals. A private garage is available for an extra fee.
