GENERAL DESCRIPTIONThis position is responsible for the supervision of front desk personnel and assisting with administration processes under the direct supervision of the clinic manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvide leadership to front desk team and organize office operations and processes.
Performs the role of patient relations representative when staffing needs require.
Monitor office efficiencies, productivity, and cost savings and make recommendations to Clinic Manager.
Promote a high level of customer service from all employees.
Coordinate training of personnel to correctly and efficiently fulfill responsibilities detailed in the most current Job Descriptions.
Identify clinic work flow improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to Clinic Manager.
Responsible for increasing employee retention ratio.
Responsible as the liaison between front office clinic staff and Clinic Manager.
Tasked to encourage staff teamwork and integration between front and back office employees.
Assist Clinic Manager with development of clinic budget and follow approved budget policies.
Oversee the ordering of office supplies for the clinic, coding invoices, and timely bank deposits.
Assist Clinic Manager with hiring, disciplinary action,terminations, and the development of performance reviews.
Fast paced, multi-tasking abilities and positive attitude.
Assist in training new front or back office staff in company policy and clinical operations.
Management of employee time keeping and timely submission of employee timesheets to payroll.
Maintains schedule for staffing to ensure adequate front desk coverage.
Answers patient questions and responds or resolves patient concerns or complaints.
Assists with various on site inspections.
Maintains cleanliness and professional appearance of the front office area of the clinic.
Adheres to organizational policy with particular attention to standards of conduct and to confidentiality as it relates to HIPAA.
Facilitate monthly staff meetings and provider meeting minutes to Clinic Manager.
Fulfill special projects as assigned by Clinic Manager.
Participate in required and/or assigned trainings and meetings.
Regular and predictable attendance.
Continuous learning in both personal and professional development.
Consistent review, comprehension and reply of company email and related correspondence.
QUALIFICATIONSThree or more years of prior customer service experience in a health care setting.
One or more years of prior supervisory experience with three or more employees preferred.
Bilingual ability in English/Spanish or English/Navajo preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
