High-End Consumer LED Sales

Boland Technology Incorporated (BTI) produces 100% USA made high-end LED lights for recreational and offroad vehicles as well as boats and RC aircrafts in their respective product lines. BTI is led by Bernie Boland and utilizes over 60 years of combined engineering experience focusing on engineering excellence.
A successful Regional Sales Manager will be an aggressive prospector with excellent pipeline management skills. You will need to research each company before you call to determine who the decision maker likely is and how our products will appeal to their customers. You will need to reach the decision maker in one to two calls and learn about their needs and determine if we can be of value. You must be perceived as a helper, not a seller.
Sales presentations can be conducted via phone or face to face. Dealers must purchase product in order to sign our dealer agreements and receive dealer pricing.
You should be comfortable working for a small company, and startup experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements:
2 or more years of business to business sales experience
Phone sales and outside experience
Cold calling experience
Ability to be trained/learn a new sales process
Telecommuting experience
Genuine interest in our products and markets
Multi-channel distributor experience is a plus, as is experience in the offroad, marina industry or consumer pickup truck/Jeep market.
This is an all commission opportunity. Commission rates are generous, expected yearly income is $70,000 to $140,000. This is based on actual conversion ratios and realistic call volume based on previous sales.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
