Patient Liaison / Community Liaison

Patient Liaison:
The role of Patient Liaison is to promote the service lines of MD24 by obtaining new patients in the communities we serve. A successful Patient Liaison needs to have the ability to listen and understand what the prospective client wants and is truly saying. He or she must have great attention to detail and excellent organization and follow up skills. One must be a problem solver with conceptual selling skills. The Patient Liaison will respond to residents in the assisted living, independent living and group home communities and establish working relationships with key managers to promote all of MD24 House Call services.
This Person will be responsible for presentations within the communities and following through with individual customer service inquiries. The ultimate goal is to enroll individual residents of these communities into the MD24 House Call Primary Care Program.
The Liaison will also maintain regular and ongoing relationships with existing communities where MD24 has a presence. Patient Liaisons will track and report key metrics and sales performance indicators.
Successful liaisons have a proven track record in compliance, marketing, sales presentation/ interpersonal skills and knowledge of the senior population. Experience with senior living communities and healthcare experience is required.
Nursing, Medical Assistant, Skilled Nursing Facility, Assisted Living, Independent Living or Group Home experience a plus.
Duties Include:
Establishing relationships with new communities
Maintaining relationships with existing communities
Pre-presentation marketing
Presentations to communities or individuals
Post-Presentation tracking
Signing up residents to meet monthly goals
Provide action plans on how to meet/exceed expected goals.

With our unique model, our current Patient Liaisons have a base income with bonus income on monthly performance.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
