As a Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining control systems for our automated manufacturing processes.
You will work with a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our production lines.
This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop control systems for automated manufacturing processes, including PLC programming, HMI design, and electrical schematics.
Troubleshoot and maintain control systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams to resolve issues and optimize performance.
Develop and maintain documentation for control systems, including manuals, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

years of experience in controls engineering, preferably in an automated manufacturing environment.
Strong proficiency in PLC programming, HMI design, and electrical schematics.
Experience with conveyor systems and conveyor belt controls a plus.
Knowledge of automation systems and robotics.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of safety and quality standards for manufacturing processes.
