We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Service Writer to join our team.
As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing vehicle maintenance requests, and ensuring efficient communication between customers and our automotive service technicians.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them with their automotive service needs - Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues - Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs - Generate accurate estimates for labor and parts costs - Schedule appointments and prioritize work orders based on urgency - Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs - Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the service process - Process payments and handle any billing inquiries - Maintain organized records of customer interactions and service history
Experience:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or service writing is preferred - Knowledge of, alignments, automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and auto body repairs is a plus - Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient computer skills for data entry and generating estimates/invoices We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
