Summary:
This position provides accounting and administrative support to the Finance Department and Corporate Controller.
Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
Handles and processes Sales Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable.
Electronically submits all invoices through specific website portals.
Provides support and back up to the Accounts Payable Supervisor Provides support and back up to the Corporate Controller.
Balance's month end spreadsheets.
Pick up and distribute intercompany mail as needed.
Various other responsibilities as assigned by Corporate Controller.
Requirements:
Must have HIGH attention to detail.
Must be able to work in a high paced environment.
Must be flexible with changing job demands.
Must be reliable and punctual.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
