A successful patient services advisor is passionate about helping others and excited to educate and guide customers to find the best products to fit their needs.
Must have exceptional customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
As the direct interface with customers, the patient service advisor must create a memorable experience that builds loyalty and trust with High Mountain Health.
Responsibilities Maintains a positive relationship with the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS).
Assures compliance with ADHS rules and regulations.
Assures patient confidentiality and adheres to all Company Privacy Rules.
Assures that no person is allowed to consume marijuana on dispensary property or the cultivation site.
Maintains positive morale within and between dispensary and cultivation staff.
Maintains current training on marijuana and its approved uses.
A more in depth description of daily duties will be explained during the interview process.
Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Qualified to obtain AZDHS Facility Agent Registration (no violent felony) Physical and mental stamina to maintain professional public relations and interactions at all times.
Friendly, kind, outgoing attitude.
Able to converse with people of all walks of life and make customers feel comfortable at all times.
Flexibility in scheduling Attention to cleanliness and detail Exceptional communication and organizational skills Frequent bending, stooping, turning and lifting to accomplish tasks routinely completed in an office setting.
Includes frequent repetitive motions of hands, wrists, arms, neck and torso.
