This position will be based out of our corporate headquarters in Flagstaff, Arizona.
This individual will be responsible for the management and execution of all project phases for civil construction.
Position Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for:
Directly oversee and manage the Civil Operation.
This includes employees in the estimating department, accounting, project management, field, and equipment operations.
o Planning and oversite of all phases of construction operations o Review and approval of material and equipment needs.
o Monitor and analyze project success through extensive job costing and scheduling methods.
Work with our Business Development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Manage existing customer accounts.
Overall, this position is responsible for ensuring that our growth objectives are met; our teams work efficient and safe; all projects are completed on time, on or under budget, and with exceptional quality; and our customers are one hundred percent satisfied.
Requirements Four-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management or in related field.

years of recent experience serving as a Senior Project Manager or Director of Operations with a Civil Construction Company or a Commercial General Contracting firm.
Demonstrated strong analytical skills required to expertly bid, plan, and manage projects.
Knowledge of construction cost control and basic accounting procedures.
Familiarity with Alternative Project Delivery Methods (APDM), including Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), Design-Build, and Job Order Contracting (JOC).
Solid proficiency in construction software use - experience with Primavera, Procore and Viewpoint V6 Construction Software is a plus.
Professional Engineer a plus.
