Our growing automotive business is looking for a Motivated and energetic Service Department administrator and scheduler.
We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer request and work with our service department team on providing a timely resolution to their concerns.
The successful candidate must have strong Customer service skills, Ability to handle multiple calls daily, excellent phone, email, text communication, and a willingness to learn.

Daily Tasks Include:
Receive and assist with customer inbound phone calls, take good notes and provide proper direction for our customers to have their questions and concerns resolved.
Meet and greet our walk in customers, assist the service advisor team in the check in process.
Schedule and coordinate maintenance services and repairs.
Work with our Mobile service team on scheduling and dispatching for repairs.
Updating Customers with repair and parts arrival status Cashiering and booking service repair orders.
