Lead Mastectomy Fitting Specialist

The Breast Cancer Boutique Lead is responsible for coordinating the daily operations for the Flagstaff and Sedona Breast Cancer Resource Centers.
Provides leadership and expertise to ensure the delivery of quality products, services and excellent customer relations.
Maintains compliance with insurance, regulatory and licensure requirements of the facility and certification of staff.
Serves as point of contact to physician's offices, service areas and community.
Works in collaboration with internal and external customers to promote boutique.
Responsible for purchasing, distribution, inventory control, tracking of sales, invoicing and billing.
Schedules appointments and consults with patients on their post-breast surgery needs.
Must be proficient in positive communication techniques and in establishing working relationships to promote effective work flow and aesthetics of the boutique.
Leadership Coordinates the daily operations for the Flagstaff and Sedona Breast Cancer Resource Centers.
Responsible for purchasing, distribution, inventory control, tracking of sales, invoicing and billing.
Schedules appointments and consults with patients on their post mastectomy needs.
Assists with developing and implementing marketing plan and activities for the boutique.
Identifies and secures optimum pricing for post-breast surgery products and headwear.
Implements operational guidelines to comply with organization, insurance and regulatory agency requirements.
Certified Mastectomy Fitter Schedules appointments and consults with patients on their post-breast surgery needs.
Maintains relationships with physicians' offices and community organizations.
Participates in industry education programs to stay current on products and fitting techniques.
Participates in health fairs and initiates in-service education related to post-breast surgery products.
Compliance/Safety Stays current and complies with state and federal regulations/statutes and company policies that impact the employees area of responsibility.
If required for position, ensures all certifications and/or licenses are up-to-date and valid prior to expiration dates.
Completes all company mandatory modules and required job specific training in the specified time frame.
Maintains timely and accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, EMR entries, and patient responses.
Responsible for reporting any safety related incident in a timely fashion through the Midas/RDE tool; attends all safety related training programs; performs work in a safe manner; monitors work environment for possible safety issues and ensures others are also performing work in a safe manner.
EducationAssociate's Degree - PreferredCertification & LicensuresValid Arizona Drivers License with no moving violations within prior 36 months - RequiredCertification from ABC or BOC for Mastectomy Fitter Certification.
