We are looking for a Tooling Maintenance Planner Scheduler to join our Tooling Inspection/Maintenance Team in Flagstaff Arizona, who will ensure Quality System compliance as it relates to Tooling Scheduled/unscheduled work in accordance with applicable regulations This role will be located at our facility in Flagstaff, Arizona.
Responsibilities:
Quality System compliance as it relates to Tooling documentation in accordance with applicable regulations; 21CFR820, ISO 13485, etc Point of contact for our customers across regions and during primary manufacturing shifts Work closely with PE's and Manufacturing to ensure we have the proper qty of tooling in Manufacturing Organizing the Tool & Tooling champion process as it relates to the Tooling scheduled/unscheduled work Ensure Tool & Tooling champion training and expectations is established for all teams Support Tool & Tooling champions through monitoring work; work orders entered correctly, tools delivered on time, good communication with Manufacturing leadership Monthly Meetings for all teams/shifts with Manufacturing leadership and Tool & Tooling champions Establishing processes for tooling champs that support the removal, repair/calibration and return of tooling to Manufacturing Create initial equipment record in EAM, status changes, updates, review, close work, etc Plan for monthly meetings for all Manufacturing shifts, campuses, teams Required Qualifications:
2 year degree or equivalent applicable asset management/database experience Awareness of Quality System regulations, standards, and guidance documents (21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485) Experience working within a Quality System Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc Conflict resolution and strong interpersonal skills Detail oriented; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proven ability to prioritize and multitask, as well as setting and meeting timelines Ability and willingness to provide a high level of customer service, mentoring and motivating Ability to travel up to 5%
Qualifications:
Experience scheduling and coordinating skilled trades work Shop and skilled trades related experience What We Offer:
