We are looking for someone who has understanding of automotive repair, loves talking with people, is engaging, has high integrity, phone skills, is self motivated, and great at selling.
Duties include greeting customers, creating sales tickets, communicating with technicians, educating them about their vehicle's operation, informing them about needed services/repairs, updating customers on the progress of their vehicle repairs, scheduling appointments, and processing payments, building and maintaining relationships with customers and staff.
Responsibilities Interact with customers, listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely responses.
Educate clients about Meineke's products, services and offers.
Schedule appointments, take orders, monitor service progress, calculate charges and process payments.
Review customer accounts and report changes to internal staff.
Manage complaints and returns.
Record customer details and transactions.
Serve as a customer relationship manager.
Serve as a link between customers and the mechanics.
Skills Automotive repair experience and knowledge High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in sales, customer relations or related positions Excellent customer service skills Problem-solving and listening skills Patient disposition and ability to resolve conflicts Knowledgeable in computer applications and industry-specific software Basic accounting skills and knowledge of electronic payment systems Work Remotely No Job Type:
