We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team.
We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:
-Self motivated -Detail oriented with ability to follow through with projects to completion -Can make sound judgement calls under pressure -Maintains a professional relationship with all employees, vendors and guests -Ability to handle a high volume workload while maintaining guests as a top priority -Foster positive discussion between employees to maximize performance For this position you can expect:
45hr work week (unheard of in the restaurant industry) Time off for all major holidays Paid vacation Two days off in a row Bonus program Insurance allocation Set work week that is flexible Must have at least 2yrs of restaurant management experience.
