We are currently on the lookout for an experienced General Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Area Manager here is a snapshot of what you will do:
Use your upbeat, outgoing personality to lead, mentor and guide the team to ensure that the student space is running smoothly Take full responsibility of the budget and P&L, and the financial performance of the student space You'll cross all the T's and dot the I's, to and ensure you are managing costs and maximizing profit for the property Follow up on all sales opportunities and ensure the student space is at capacity Drive sales and marketing activities to ensure the student space is full and all marketing channels have been utilized to their full potential Manage 'the good' and turn around the 'not so good' - meaning you will handle complaints and offer excellent student experiences to your students Use your advanced knowledge of safety, security, compliance and building management to ensure core operating procedures are adhered to, followed up on and we are providing a safe secure home to our students Maintain and develop relationships with key players at the local universities, as well as internal and external suppliers - again here is that winning personality! Be a smooth operator and ensure the smooth running of the operational calendar and student lifecycle from arrival, departure, and summer turn around
Qualifications:

Relevant experience running a property, even better at a university/college Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain quality relationships Experience within a fast paced, target driven environment with strong focus on sales and marketing Bachelor's degree in a related field Minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience Be proficient in working with technology and adaptable to online systems.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
