to put the world on vacation! Our team is growing in Phoenix and we're searching for two additional Marketing Concierge associates to add to our award-winning team! In this sales-based marketing role, you'll be situated right inside of one of our beautiful Arizona resort properties.
The earning potential for this role is uncapped.
Responsibilities Provide a positive, fun and warm welcome to guests upon checking into resort Provide knowledge on resort amenities, local attractions, restaurants and/or things to do in the area Build rapport with guests and/or owners Ask and schedule the guest to attend a owner-update sales presentation Offer company approved incentives to guests for participating in the presentation Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of the guests checking-in during shift Distribute parking passes, activity schedules and area brochures to guests Provide follow-up when needed Requirements 2-3
years sales experience preferred Marketing Concierge experience preferred Ability to work in a high-paced fast environment Ability to handle rejection and common objections Professional appearance and positive, bubbly attitude General knowledge of smart devices Must be money motivated (hourly base
commission) Experience with commission (or tip) based roles preferred High School or equivalent required, College Degree in related field preferred Visit us online at www.
