We are looking for a Maintenance Planner Scheduler to join our Maintenance Team.
In this role you will ensure Quality System compliance as it relates to Maintenance documentation in accordance with applicable regulations.
This role will be located at our facility in Flagstaff, Arizona.
Please note that evening, night and weekend shift positions are eligible for an additional $2/hour shift differential pay (in California, the shift differential pay is $2.
40/hour).

Responsibilities:
Quality System compliance as it relates to Maintenance documentation in accordance with applicable regulations; 21CFR58, 21CFR820, ISO 13485, etc Point of contact for our customers across regions and during primary manufacturing shifts Answer all emergency hotline calls during coverage hours.
Immediately review the work request, contact appropriate maintenance technician, and assign the work Assign scheduled and unscheduled work.
Coordinate maintenance operations, which includes assembly work, workload distribution, interacting cross functionally, etc Review all completed work orders, both scheduled and unscheduled, and rectify any discrepancies required to close work Provide data/metrics in support of audits, compliance, and performance indicators within the maintenance function Provide superuser and on-boarding support for EAM users as well as current BMRAM users Partner with local maintenance leaders to identify continuous improvement and implementation strategies Create initial equipment record in EAM, status changes, updates, review, close work, etc Additional responsibilities as required within the scope of position Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 year degree or equivalent applicable asset management/database experience Awareness of Maintenance regulations, standards, and guidance documents (21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, NIST) Experience working within a Quality System Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc Conflict resolution and strong interpersonal skills Detail oriented Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to prioritize and multitask, as well as setting and meeting timelines Ability and willingness to provide a high level of customer service, mentoring and motivation Ability to travel up to 5%
Qualifications:
Auditing experience Experience scheduling and coordinating maintenance work Shop/maintenance related experience What We Offer:
