This is a top level shelter organization who adopts cats & kittens at the offsite location, 365 days a year.
This position requires a high level of trust as an employee who can self manage their time with limited supervision on site.
It is imperative that a professional relationship is maintained with the Petsmart Store team and that all their policies are followed as well as the policies of High Country Humane.
Responsibilities:
Opening, Cleaning, Feeding, Socializing, Adoption Counseling/Customer Service, Projects, Admin/Data Entry, Train Volunteers, Closing Position Requirements:
Experience handling animals is preferred but not required for this position Valid Driver's License Customer Service Experience is preferred Work Schedule:

High School Diploma Physical Factors:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
unassisted, and over 50 lbs.
with assistance Long periods of standing, bending, stooping, reaching, and working outdoors in differing climate may be required Working Conditions:
Overtime must be approved, no exceptions - time management is required.
Must be willing to work HOLIDAYS and WEEKENDS at varied hours.
Must be able to work under stressful conditions and work efficiently and effectively under those conditions with a POSITIVE attitude.
MUST be dependable, reliable and have a PROVEN track record of being on time.
References will be checked! Ability to work independently AND with a team being extremely time efficient.
