Summary:
Under general direction of the Training Manager, conducts Enterprise/Property specific training programs.
Monitors and maintains databases, providing statistical reports on the effectiveness of training for employees during the orientation period and for career development.
Assists in the identification and design of learning solutions to meet individual, department and casino property training needs.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field; or Associate degree and nationally recognized trainer/instructional designer certification (i.
e.
Langevin, ASTD).
Must have a minimum of three (3) years training and development experience in a corporate work setting with training as your primary role.
E-Learning design using authoring tools such as Captivate, Articulate, etc.
a plus.
Gaming experience preferred.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must meet all knowledge, skills and abilities.
Verbal and written fluency in the Navajo language highly desirable.
Must be willing to travel up to 50% (includes overnight travel out of state up to 3 days at a time).
No felony, theft or stealing convictions.
Must be able to successfully pass a preemployment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license.
Navajo preference.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
