The ideal candidate must have flexibility with the hours worked and duties performed.
They must be seeking variety in their day-to-day schedule, be able to work well under pressure and love children.
Duties:
Provide administrative support to the executive team and perform general office tasks, such as filing, shredding, scanning, etc.
Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, office organization and light cleaning Act as a personal assistant to the executive team, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements Organize and maintain files and documents in both physical and digital format Domestic and Business errands (mileage paid and/or vehicle available for use) Caring for or supervising children, assist with child pick up Responsible for staff birthdays and coordinating meetings and events, as needed, by preparing notices or invites, reserving venues, and arranging catering services Requirements:
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures MS Office and English proficiency Outstanding organizational and time management skills Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Excellent verbal and written communications skills Discretion and confidentiality High School diploma Clean driving record Fingerprint clearance card or able to pass a background check Intermountain offers full benefits - sick leave, vacation, health benefits and a retirement plan.
